As for in-salon appointments I charge 100% cancellation fees for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your desired scheduled appointment date and time. If it is a medical emergency I require a doctors note to credit that charge to your following appointment. No exceptions. As for special events, if the event is cancelled (for any reason) it is the stylist discretion on wether or not one will pay a cancellation fee. Depending on the circumstances, legal action can be taken.
